Yeah, it's kind of a complicated thing for Akin, since he also thinks that 'humans need to make decisions for themselves, even if they are dumb ones'. So part of him wants to basically swoop in and do what needs to be done, but another part also realizes that won't go over well all the time. So there will be reminders to actually communicate when he's worried about his team's health, rather than just going in without care for what his team thinks*.

* Well, besides a 'shit, they're dying' moment, where he'll probably intervene without thinking it over much and someone might have to drag him away if he's not noticing that he's endangering his own life. Not the only one who can make bad decisions...
